Either way that's a 4x weakness to fighting which automatically makes it useless.
On top of that, they'll most likely have opposing stats.
If Atk/Sp. Atk it most likely won't have access to power gem or ancient power for obvious reasons and if it doesn't have Stone Edge, then it's garbage. New attacks could fix this.
If it's defensive, that 4x fighting weakness still makes it horrible.
If it's speed, mach punch and it's bye bye.
