The people saying its a lemur aren't denying the leak is true, only pure shitposters are doing that at this point, we're just saying that, technically, the animal this Pokemon is based is actually a lemur. But all primates (monkeys, apes, lemurs, lorises, bush babies, tarsiers) are collectively referred to as monkeys, anyway. Like how the term "bug" is often used to refer to any land dwelling arthropod, mollusk, and sometimes even worms.
