Leaks like these aren't going to be verbatim accurate. It's a translated text leak in another language likely from someone who just got their hands on someone they shouldn't or are breaking a non-disclosure agreement, not one of the actual designer. So what we're getting is someone quickly describing what they saw, then two other people translating it.
Rugby and American Football share a lot of design elements. So anything 'inspired' by one could look like the other. People getting pedantic by saying it's one not the other are missing the point. If, say, it said soccer cat, then it'd be pretty off, but yeah, lemur could be mistake for monkey, rugby could be mistaken for American football.
