That may in fact be one of the extremely low amount of Z-Moves that will actually see use in any format whatsoever.

i'm not questioning if it'l work or not, but the point of eevee is (as the name suggests) FUCKING EVOLVING, instead of giving signature Z moves that could help Glaceon and the others they just added a pointless gimmick that makes no sense
