Lemurs are prosimians (this is were simian in Passimian comes from) and belong to the order of primates. So, they are related to monkeys and apes.

Sorry, I am autistic and just want people to know which animal Passimian is based on.
Because it isn't a monkey, but I can see why someone who isn't familiar with such animals would think Passimian is a monkey.
