Personally I don't give a fuck about stats etc. I think a strog design makes a strong pokemon.

I usually make a compromise, where I generally pick pokemon I like but avoid pokemon with abysmal stats even if I like the design. If we're talking about the competitive fuck the design, I'll pick whatever suits the team better

I will keep their form if I like it better than an evolution, yes. I plan to get Sun and I think Rockruff's sun evolution is shit so I'll keep it as cute puppy. Rowlet will be the archer. That's shits gettig evolved up quick!

i dont really know. my fav poke is probably Dragonite but we all know about his design yet i just fucken love him for some reason. others however probably design (Volcarona, Infernape, Medicham)
