Palpitoad/Jellicent/Swanna
Swanna is good for an HM slave, i guess. I usually use the water starter on my team in each game, so i dont have much preference with other water types, but having at least one is useful. Galvantula and Eelektross have both served me well, the former is much faster and can use compound eyes for accurate Thunder, while the latter is bulkier, slightly harder hitting (but not by much) and way slower. It can work as a moxed attacker with its good attak stat too.
