Most just do it the old fashioned way, but a few reproduce in interesting ways.
Grass-types make seeds, rock-types grow in stone cocoons made of molten rock, Ultra Beasts lay eggs in the rectal cavities of humans, fairy-types are born whenever a baby laughs, fire-types are born from ashes phoenix style, and ghost-types are born when Pokémon or humans die.
Interesting stuff.
