The selected target, uses its most recent move. Immediately.
It actually has nothing to do with teaching despite it being named instruct.
It has everything to do with repetition. But immediate repetition. Oranguru FORCES its target (you or your opponent) to use the last move it used.
This means the target can use 2 of the same move if oranguru is slower. If oranguru is faster you could use 2 different moves in one turn.
For instance. Turn 1. Oranguru used confuse ray, pikachu used thunderbolt. End turn. (Now you select a different move) Oranguru used instruct on pikachu, pikachu used thunderbolt. Pkachu used volt tackle.
Read the ability op. It has nothing to do with teaching. Everything to do with immediate repetition.
