What tier will Eevee jump to? Overused? Ubers? Slap an eviolite on this thing and you've got an unstoppable tank.

Due to the very fact the Z-Crystals take an item slot, it won't make it to OU, let alone ubers.
Might see some use in PU or NU though, which is still an incredible jump for the fluffball.

You can't use Eviolite because Z moves take up an item slot. I'm thinking in higher tiers, it will only be used for giving up a baton pass.

I posted this in a thread from yesterday. This Z-Move can effectively boost Eevee up to RU or even UU, assuming Z-Moves have the same priority as Mega Evolution.
Here are the stats of an Adamant 252 Atk / 252 Speed Eevee at level 50 after using Z-Move:

HP: 131
Atk: 234
Def: 140
Sp.Atk: 116
Sp.Def: 170
Speed: 214

Let's not forget it has Adaptability and Double-Edge, Quick Attack for priority, and Baton Pass to pass on the boosts if it's in a pickle. It can even use a 220 BP Stored Power to fight Fighting types without any SpA investment. Thoughts?

It's just 2 points in each stat is that really such a big deal? Keep in mind you can't use any other Z-Moves if you use it.

I think a lot depends on wether Z-moves have priority, like Megas do.
If they don't, then Eevee is getting outsped and KO'd before it can even use the Evoboost.

Because it DOES have trade offs, believe it or not. One being that you can't hold any other item except the Z-Crystal, and the other being that you can only use the move once.

S'nother thread asking this same thing. I'm just going to post the images that I made from it with a damage calc.

Eevee is kind of cool because it gets stored power, essentially a 200 BP Psychic move after it gets the boost it can use on Fighting counters. It doesn't outspeed key scarfers like Lando T (Eevee hits 458 at max I believe). Unaware, Whirlwind, and Mega Sableye piss all over him.

And 2. I think it COULD be viable, but it'll be very niche. Like, if you got Eevee on your team, your opponent KNOWS it has the Z move and what you're going to do, etc. It could do some serious work, but the normal defensive Pokemon in OU can deal with it.

it makes no sense for it to be given some extra priority
you use the z-move instead of another attack, meaning you use the z-move when your turn comes up in speed order
i'll say it again
it's an attack
now, given that type crystal z-moves have been shown to boost a move of choice, perhaps boosting quick attack will cause this to have some prioirty
however, pulverizing pancake boosts giga impact, so evoboost probably needs to boost some stat move
