I know, I work at an autism center. A single behavior is not enough to justify a claim like that, especially as mild a behavior as hand flapping.

If Totodile also avoided eye contact, parroted words, and lacked creativity while playing, and was named Autistodile, then maybe you'd be onto something.

That's like saying Stunfisk had Down syndrome because its face is flat.
