I actually liked the fact that gym leaders used a mix of pokemon instead of leaning heavily on Johtomon, it's pretty realistic given the direct connection between Kanto and Johto. Likewise, Kanto gym leaders using Johto pokemon.

Here you go, the DEFINITIVE FIXED JOHTO LEAGUE. Tried to keep them from being too strong since Johto and being piss easy go hand-in-hand. OP did a great job adding Pupitar to Clair, I wouldn't have thought of it.

I don't why Olympia didn't have a Malamar, she even had the looping gym maze that would've worked with Malamar's upsidedown gimmick.

Having Ramos unleash a sudowoodo to rockslide fire, bug and flying types would've been great.

Honestly I would've liked it if Grant had had something more in line with his rock climber shtick. The fossils just felt like they didn't have anything better in mind.

I'd give Aipom to Whitney because she appears with one in a Sugimori drawing.

Primeape is better for Chuck than Machoke, there was no need for change. I'd personally give him Heracross instead of Hitmontop, because Kiyo and Bruno already have hitmons.

Sneasel looks weird on Pryce, I'd give him Cloyster.

Pupitar is a no-no, it has no sense.
