Wigglytuff has an amazing movepool, it's able to learn all of the main elemental moves, all of which get boosted by Sheer force and with its boosted Sp. Atk stat it can now dish out a lot of damage against pretty much every pokemon type out there, the boosted special defense means that it can take special hits a lot better than before and be able to counter attack, however its low speed stat and poor defensive bulk means it can be taken out rather easily by super effective physical moves.
