maybe if people weren't able to distinguish fantasy from reality (or if pokemon were real. if they were, i'd totally fuck a pokemon, and there would be nothing you could do to stop me, but pokemon aren't real, so this path of reasoning lead nowhere) then your argument would hold ground, but anyone who is older than 5 shouldn't have any issue distinguishing fantasy from reality.
