Not to mention pokespe is very long and barely featured what you mention(and crucification is not a big deal in japan, neither it should be in the west, it's how the punished wrongdoers, death is not really all over the place).
And even then, it all depends on how you execute those things and pokespe does not really do so in a way that attempts to be realistic or dark in any form. Of course, to get this, you need basic reading comprehension skills that are at least on par with pokemon's target audience, not an irrational hate for every piece of pokemon media where shit actually goes on, and experiences with things that arent pokemon, conditions that arent met by 99% of /vp/ posters.
