ninetales is uselessness without drought but getting a HA pokemon is basically impossible in most games

I think the whole abilities system needs a rework, like pokemon can come with X, Y, Z, A, B or C ability, and they have the genes for two or three of those when caught, with one of them being dominant. You know, so we can have some actual breeding in this shit.
