It's just that I've seen so many times any person that even slightly implies being a girl taken as a troll instantly. And I get why you would, but this stance is what makes people think girls can't be serious about competitive pokemon, for example.
I'm not saying it's too much!! But, personally, I plugged 500 hours in XY breeding for IVs and training for EVs for my 3 competitive teams. Again, I'm not trying to "brag" about it because I know that relatively it's not much and because of that, it's not even something to brag about.
And by the way I know you didn't say there weren't any girls who take pokemon competitively, just that you wouldn't date one. I just said this for anyone this applies to.
And, who knows! Maybe you'll get one. If you're 20, there's obviously a newer generation who's into pokemon greatly, there's bound to be a girl for you. If you're 40, there's also many women who like pokemon (even competitively). I just know one person like this, my friend's mom! She doesn't breed for IVs, she buys them off ebay! [/spoiler:lit]
