I never noticed before just how many Dragon mons Kalos introduced. Kind of a weird decision for a dex with a limited amount of Pokemon.

Come to think of it, that's a good point. It was also pretty god damn rare, and not that Noivern's bad, but it's not a total powerhouse like Garchomp or something.

They could have easily had it as an early game Dragon.
