So you give Lopunny a shit item like Lagging Tail or some shit, use Switcheroo to give one of their mons the shit item or something like a Choice Band on a special mon to disrupt them.

One guy runs a bunch of BL and OU mons and a shitty defense curl rollout Bidoof as his 6th.
