Since Kamijou and Hitomi are in a relationship and Sayaka is still around I would assume that saving him so they could be together wasn't her wish. So she may or may not have even had a crush on him in that context.
Also in my opinion Kyoko and Sayaka's relationship is antithetical to Homura and Madoka's. It's a healthy one way relationship (sayakyo) and an unhealthy, obsessive one (madohomu). Kyoko saved Sayaka through sacrificial and mature means while Homura is trying to escape her saddness and instead prolong both her and Madoka's suffering inadvertently. Kyoko's "friendship" with Sayaka started in a mutually therapeutic way while Homura's with Madoka's started with kindness that turned dark and traumatic.
