Granbull has a masculine face. Its doughy, chunky, scowling and not at all feminine. Its body is chunky as well with no defined hips or bust, making it masculine, or gender neutral at best. Saying "well the IRL animal its based on isn't particularly girly-looking" is a weak argument.
Sheep look the same either gender, so I guess pic related is a boy, yeah?
