Regigigas hands down, design is GOAT, nigga deserves and needs a Primal Reversion badly
As for competetive sets Sturdy Regirock with Rock STAB, Rock Polish, Drain Punch and a 4th move holding a Weakness Policy is pretty cool, and probably as good as it gets for any of the Golems

I like all the regis, but regirock and regigigas are GOAT.

I currently use an adamant, attack focused regirock on my team in battlespot with Weakness Policy.
Drain punch, stealth rock, thunderpunch, stone edge.

Start with regirock, set up stealth rocks if you don't expect a SE attack.

Running drain punch is fun, cause once youre hit with a well-predicted super-effective move you have over 600 attack and drain punch nets a large portion of your hp back.

Then use stone edge/thunderpunch for Pokemon that drain punch won't hit very hard like bulky water types or smogonbird

IMO, the only thing Gigas needs is another ability. Like any fucking thing. Release it as an event hidden ability, I don't care, watch it climb to higher tiers.
As for the remaining Regis, I don't get why they don't all get Rapid Spin and Recover. Like, we see them spinning around in the anime, we know they can regenerate using materials from the physical world. It wouldn't even make them overpowered, just a bit better. Why don't they get these moves? And why doesn't Registeel get Metal Burst? It would probably be the only good user of that move.

Regis are easily my favorite legendaries, Gigas being GOAT for me. It's a shame that they aren't very usable though. I've been kicking around an idea for a doubles Gigas set but haven't gotten around to making it.
Basically, it's a Gigas with Rock Polish, Power Up Punch, Drain Punch, and a coverage move paired with a choice scarf Linoone with Simple Beam.

The sets I've been trying are regigigas paired with a choice scarf protean skill swap kecleon to give gigas a powerful ability and then pass slow start off to an enemy, or entrainment leavanny to give gigas chlorophyll and switch in something with drought when leavanny beefs it

(And then unzip STAB retaliate)

Rock Polish + Ice beam + Thunderbolt + Focus Blast Max special attack and modest nature + speed with life orb. You can modify the speed to outspeed specific things at +2 and invest it in bulk. Also dont forget to have an odd HP number. This thing destroys late game with bolt beam coverage, just remove stuff like grumpig and other regice
