Garchomp's earthquake hurts even when it's neutral. Much better to be completely immune to it.

It's probably the only pokemon that can spam Hurricane without much fear and has Quiver dance and Sleep Powder with Compound Eyes. So yeah it's decent to good.

Even so, calling something that can set up like it and make or break an entire team with one Batton Pass it's a true understatement. Yeah Galvantula and Volcarona are great, but calling Scolipede trash is far from the truth.
