Considering the wii u blunder and 3ds not to stellar start and finish, I imagine nintendo wants to start fresh so no BC.

...wonder what that means for digital titles though.

That would require it to be Wii U AND 3DS compatible and the likelihood of that happening would be a miracle.

I hope so. I think pokebank will be on the nx and it will be connected with your nnid so you can transfer pokemon from gen 7 to 8. Gamefreak talked about how they want pokebank to last for tons of gens

I don't blame them for wanting to start over with this mess
