Congratulations, /vp/ against all odds, despite every leak going against it, Sun and Moon finally come out and the starters are revealed to have split evolutions. The story is intengrel to them, in fact, revealing that they will be with you the whole journey. No one can simply box them, and they don;'t evolve by leveling up. More by cutscenes through the story. That shouldn't be a problem for you though. Just gotta switch your preorder around to the other version, which should be alright. You decide to take one sneak peak at them, because you've been going under the assumption that these are the final evos. And you hate them. Anything else could be better then these things, right?

Wrong. You take a look at them, and they're terrible. Absolutely awful. It's as if Gamefreak took a look into your head and found out how to make something you hate more then these final evos. You don't know how, but it has been done before you eyes. You decide to say "Fuck it,I'll just box my starter!" But then you realize you can't. The game won't allow you to simply box them, or even trade them away, for some reason. You are now stuck with these starters.
