Is there a trainer in SoulSilver that uses this little faggot? I want to get a seen of every Johto Dex even if I can't catch some of them (Trade Evo is hard without GTS)

Also was since BW that Serebii put a list of trainers that use each one of the regional Dex (and we know that Serebii doesn't like to update old pages)
