Yes. It's going to continue after the two arcs that came after it, X/Y and OR/AS, have finished. It will run online at https://www.sunday-webry.com/ while the Sun/Moon story arc runs in CoroCoro Ichiban! magazine starting with the issue that releases on November 21st.

The Sunday Webry serialization be starting from volume 52 content on October 4th, moving on to the next chapter every week until the end of the arc. The first chapter of volume 53, #532 (the eighth chapter of B2W2), will debut on Sunday Webry on November 22nd, a month shy of two years since volume 52 was released in Japan. They'll be released at midnight Japan Standard time on the days in this image that was posted on the official website (http://corocoro.tv/pokesp/), which translates to 11 AM Eastern until Daylight Saving Time ends on November 2nd, after which it will be 12 PM Eastern.

They only do the 3 chapter books when a series is ongoing in Japan, because otherwise it would be like an 8 month wait between new issues. When BW finished, they went back and reprinted it in full volumes.
