Unova had Dream World, Kalos has Friend Safari, and Hoenn had DexNav for finding hidden abilities. Pretty much the only way I would think a Hidden Ability Capsule would be acceptable would be if a region did not have a specific way to catch HA pokemon normally. I guess just not bothering to come up with one and tossing in a catch all capsule would be more blatantly lazy, but I'd prefer it to DexNav hunting.

Also, getting HA mons is a pain, especially those for competitive use, if you don't have a FS or whatever method ORAS brought (Dex Nav, right ?), you're gonna be in for quite some time. Plus, just make it the same vallue as the Ability Capsule in the Battle Maison.

I think an item that gives whatever your breeding their HA if held by one of the parents is a better way of doing it. It gives breeding more purpose while also allowing you to use it more than once.

I think that would be too easy but it's too much of a pain in the ass with the Dream World and whatever else that requires peripherals to get them. I hope they give an in game way to get pretty much all HA like the Dex Nav or something in Gen VII

This is why people cheat in Pokemon. They make these things way too difficult to obtain. Either make it reasonable to obtain or remove it all together, making it crazy difficult as well as possible just leads to cheating.

Not him, But maybe you could be able to purchase one after completing the National Dex. The Shiny Charm went that way, and it essentially goes by the same principle (making harder-to-find mons/features easier to obtain).
