Various Tynamo have gathered in a school in a serpentine shape, in an effort to further mimic Wishiwashi. This school, often dubbed the Alolan Eelektrik due to its shape, is a force to be reckoned with. This school appears to be similiar to the likes of Magneton and Metang - where this single school appears to be a single Pokemon.

The school of Tynamo known as Alolan Eelektrik have permanently bonded into Alolan Eelektross. Through the great charges, it has gained the secondary Flying Type. Where the Unovan Eelektross' arms are, the Alolan Eelektross possesses wings. Alolan Eelektross focuses on speed unlike its preevolutions, and has gained the 'Gale Wings' ability. It is said to have such great charges in its body, its speed can be compared to electrons
