The fact that he got rid of those violet pants and toned it down to just that crop top vastly improved the design. I did include the addendum that it wasn't PERFECT, but I've certainly seen things like it. The hips and waist I'd say are definitely accentuated, especially the waist. ORAS designs were remade mostly to put edgy fucks in the game and make it visually appealing to cover up for the boring mess it was. Most of the characters were fine and didn't need to be turned into the fashion clusterfucks they are now

Brawly had a shit design that should've been impossible to undershoot yet the best they could at making him remotely fit his type was give him fingerless gloves
Wattson trading in the service jacket/sweater for a hawaiian shirt didn't even make sense
Norman's retarded 3 shirts but no shoes getup made even less sense than his original design
Flannery getting a hotspring gimmick to match her gym and town was nice in theory, but the design itself could have been better
Liza and Tate were still shitty cultists just now with space themed pj patterns

Roxanne, Winona, and Wallace were all legit improvements though.

ORAS Flannery has way more personality. Her hair, her clothes, her stance, even her stuttering insecurity is all vastly improved over the original.
You can say that it's all because of the time and tech, and maybe that's true.

Also her fucking gym layout. The original made me want hammer a nail into my fucking forehead.
