The dimensions listed for the plush seem to match up, but the shipping dimensions are wrong. Is that just because it would be crammed into a box or am I being tricked?

Probably crammed into a box. I've ordered plushies from japanese sellers on ebay and it's impressive how much shit they can fit into a mailbox-sized box without damaging the contents.

Pokecenter has it for 50 dollars. Shipping to europe is fucking outrageous it seems though. Is there a cheap way to actually send a big plush like that through the mail for less than 40 bucks?

To be fair, I kept saying if I get dubs they needed to give me their Vaporeon. I just happened to keep getting dubs 3 times in a row, and then trips. So the guy just bought me one instead of giving me his.

Cheap international shipping is usually because goods have either been priced with shipping costs in mind or because the price of shipping small goods is negligible.

I live in Europe too but you just have to suck it up. Not sure how customs work in Germany but those potential fees are some thing you should take into consideration as well.
