Malamar has such a neat concept, but it has very little going for it. Even its signature move is effectively useless due to its base 73 speed stat. Giving Topsy Turvy +1 priority would be such a nice little boost.

The thing I notice with ice types is that most of them have really limited coverage in their move pools. And even then the types they counter have plenty of ways to plow through them.

Priority feels like the only way to make Topsy Turvy useful. Especially since some of the most dangerous boosting pokemon either boost speed and another stat at the same time or have priority.
