It looks solid. Simple, like a gen 2 mon.
It's also kinda goofy, but not in a way that ruins the design. It makes it one of those cute, yet very powerful mons.

It's goofy and cute.
It also looks very similiar to Falkor.
It's just hard to describe how different it is from other Dragons, yet you can still see the Dragon typing in it. Together with ScarfFly, Salandit and Luchalitten it's one of my absolute favorites this Gen. And how it is pictured in fanart is really, really awesome aswell.
