If someone ticks the local beuaty box, then they are beautiful. But even someone who isn't "up to the standard" can be beautiful to one or more individuals.
It's all abiut perspective, and by the local standard, those guys are ugly. Hell, I would probably be lumped in with them, and I don't care. But someone out there probably finds them attractive.
