>>28864921I use Chansey on battle spot because it is one of the best defensive Pokemon, it doesnt need attack or speical attack since it gets access to sesmic toss. It can completely wall most special attackers, even if they carry focus miss. While unimpressive on its own it can really support its team well, and its really easy to put on most teams, which is a big deal for defensive pokemon. As for why people like its design, I dunno but I've always been okay with it, if not impressed. In game its a chore to use, but healing outside of battle with a move is neat I guess.
