>>28868995>LC is the only tier that isn't complete shit.I'm sorry but no. That is just incorrect, anon. LC's entire philosophy, even more so than UU, appears to be
>Nope, that mon is just way too strong for this tier! We have to ban it and never look back.Any mon with any sort of stand-out stats, abilities, or moves is quickly shoved onto the banlist for being too good for the tier's meta. The problem then becomes (due to the tier's inherently low level) everything having basically the same stats. Therefore, stat differences of just a few points become massive differences that shape the meta for the entire tier (negatively, I might add). With such low defenses and HP pools, this means speed and attack become the unequivocal best stats for the tier, further limiting the playable mons. Every S-tier mon eventually finds its way to the banlist due to being too good, though, ultimately leaving nothing interesting to play with. The only real fun to be had in LC is when you exclusively play from the banlist and S-tier, but honestly at that point you're better off playing any other tier.
I understand that LC players are very vocal and protective of their tier, and swear by it as just competitive as UU or other tiers that have more recognition and players, but the fact of the matter is that is has very deep-rooted flaws that severely limit the available styles of play. It could someday be a very fun tier, but the restrictive banlist and generic stat totals hamper the amount of fun to be had in it. Even increasing the level cap by 5 or ten levels could change the tier dramatically, but since it's supposed to be the evolution of the "hatched from eggs" LC tier from Stadium 2, those who run the tier will continue to refuse change and demand it be exactly as they've always remembered it.
Also, you should also avoid being so incendiary like that, anon. You just rile up people like

Even though he isn't wrong.
