You want Adamant, Sassy, Jolly, or Careful, as well as 31 IVs in at least attack, with it being preferable in pretty much every other stat, depending on how you want to run it.

Quiet and Brave are also options

IVs don't really matter with Hyper Training and you especially shouldn't pay attention to them with legendaries since that takes forever
