I'm sure it won't let you import a missingno but I've seen no indication that they'll stop players from bringing forward rare candied pokemon. You can't bring items over bank so that's a non issue.

We don't know how the movesets will work. Either they'll change No Guard in gen 7 to prevent it from working with OHKO moves or they'll delete TM moves on transfer, there's no way they'll let us have perfect acc fissure machamp though.
