From one of the trailers, it outsped Gengar. Moongeist Beam is probably going to be a stronger Shadow Ball, and we all know how powerful Ghost is offensively. If it gets Aura Sphere like most Legendaries do, or even Focus Blast, it'll have perfect coverage. It'd be an improved Gengar, offensively.
I wouldn't be surprised if its Speed hits 152 (I think that was the number) to rival Solgaleo's HP, should they work as a pairing with complementary stats.
Basically, it's gonna be nothing short of Ubers if it outspeeds Scarf Ttar, Darkrai, Weavile, etc. Yveltal is shaping up to be its main counter.
