Happiness decreases over time unless you do the stuff that normally increases it. If it reaches a low enough value, the pokemon will randomly start to disobey

the nickname confusion thing is nice, it encourages nicknaming while not making it game-breaking if you don't want to.

would love to be able to change nicknames of traded pokemon, maybe when it's happiness is full and after you had it for some X amounts of levels.

Give baby pokemon non attacking moves, or find a way to make that slightly more balanced and that's a 10/10 concept right there. Gives them a purpose besides making the breeding process a pain in the ass.

I have the same sentiments, but having to do all that for those rewards is ridiculous. Have it so that Megas / different forms have separate Pokédex entries, but are over and beyond the quest to catch them all.
