There is no way this shitmon Grass starter won't face competition from other speedy Grass mons like Serperior, Virizion or Shaymin and Celebi, even Roserade is a good candidate fe a team slot. Being part Grass type also means no relevant coveragend beside Acrobatics and Air Slash mons like Mega Charizard Y, Unburden Hawlucha, Mega Pinsir, already mentioned Talonflame, better coverage Staraptor etc etc are all better than some buffed Jumpluff bird.
Considering the only good signature attack starters have is Spiky Shield those would probably need a signature or rare good HA.
Also this fakemn has a shit design and I hope Rowlett ends by dropping its Flying type.
