I like the color scheme, I think maybe you could try turning the music notes into a pattern of some sort instead of it it just having a bunch of notes printed on its body

Is one of the few bird-like pokemons that can not fly at all, so it has to manage how to get food somehow, so it created a learned how to burry himself under the ground just pointing out his head that looks like a weird plant, so when bugs or tiny pokemons come to eat the "plant" the prey get poisoned and then Barballon hunts it.
