I want to EV train my Rotom, more specifically it needs some defense EV's. However the Sandshrew hordes at route 111 are unaffected by my multi-target hitting Discharge. Are there any other multi-target moves Rotom can learn? Or alternatively are there any other defense hordes in Hoenn?
