Deoxys and Arceus movies were cool. Zoroark and Genesect movis also have some cool moments.

It's the same movie, but with different Pokémon and some plot points, but essentially the same. Think about the differences between the two main game versions of any generation, it's like that.

Animation gets really good here. While the previois two movies sort of mess up when they try to tackle serious but relatable issues, this one pulls it off well.

>Lucario and the Mystery of Mew

Another significant movie. It does many things differently. The story is Pokemon-centred more than the previous ones which is something I really like. Also, this is 4Kids' last hurrah and I feel they put more effort in than usual.

>Pokemon Range and the Temple of the Sea

This is my bias speaking perhaps but I really like this one. Manaphy and May's relationship was better developed than the similar Max and Jirachi and Jack Walker is a great character. Also, it has an Indiana Jones or rather, old adventure movie feel to it.

>The Sinnoh Movie trilogy

I don't fully recommend these 3 movies but they tried continuity between movies so it might be worth watching. The continuity is rather minimal and they're only average movies by themselves though.

>Kyurem and the Sword of Justice

Ash is not the protagonist in this movie. Keldeo is. I said I liked pokemon-centred movies and this one is the most pokemon-centred of them all. The plot is simply: Kyurem is chasing Keldeo because the latter fled from their fight and Keldeo must gain resolve and fight to save the Musketeer trio. That's pretty much it. But it works really well.

I haven't yet watched beyond the Keldeo movie.

11th place > Destiny Deowis
12th place > Jirachi. The Wish Maker
13th place > Kyurem and the Swords of Justice
14th place > Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction

Do not deserve watching:

15th place > Lucario and the Mystery of Mew
16th place > Black / White. Victini and Reshiram / Zekrom
17th place > Zoroark: Master of Illusions
18th place > Genesect and the Legend Awakened
