>>28900685stick with it, I was in your shoes and ended up being dismissed for poor grades. It was the worst year of my life, and felt even worse knowing I could have a decent living instead of manual labor just by sacrificing some time and effort.
I was readmitted, graduated, got my graduate degree, and now I'm a professor while I decide on where to go for my Doctorate. I make more than what I would have working in manual labor, and I only work about 6 hours a day, 3 times out of the week, with the occasional department meeting on my off days.
get help though, from advisors or a professor; I usually invite the students I see are struggling out to lunch or a beer to try and help them. Makes a world of difference to them, knowing that someone else, especially their professor, wants them to succeed; remember, most professors have been in your shoes and want to help, we're not just your professor, we want to be your friend and mentor.
Every situation is different though.
>>28900706it's a blanket term in the US for higher education. Ditch one class if it's that important to you, but don't miss an entire day. I don't know what you plan on doing once you're done with college, but you should reevaluate yourself if Pokemon really means that much to you. I can't imagine what you'd do once you have a job (if I were your boss, I'd fire you if I knew it was for a reason this petty).
