I want a spinoff series about a Team Rocket admin/grunt that actually cares for and loves her pokemon. Because of this she grows stronger and stronger as a trainer in the organisation.

Eventually after months of stealing pokemon from their loved ones, seeing the experiments Team Rocket performes on them and seeing how her own pokemon begin to resent her she decides to undermine the team from the inside to a point where she can move against them.
