Pokémon Refresh allows one to grow closer to their Pokémon--meaning they can survive a fatal hit etc. Oh, wow! That's what I always wanted! Pokémon games to be easier! :)

Yeah, I never saw it happen until my third playthrough of y. Completely avoidable, and it made shitmons like smeargle usable in game.

in game, looks like you can get rid of bad status effects

so instead of using a berry or a healing item, you can just use amie 2.0
