So Hyper Training allows one to max the IVs of a Pokémon at level 100? It better. No more cycling sim, please.

Yes. I think most people will use them for legends, events, and shinies, because grinding a pokemon to level 100 takes much longer than breeding a 6IV pokemon.

OT, yes. But it also seems to be dependent on the type/color of bottle cap. As it has been confirmed to there being a Silver and Gold bottle caps

now you get battle under powered elite 4 for days until its max level simulator
and then don't forget to grind those hundreds of bottle caps too
