Welp, this is it.

It might not be today, but eventually the day will come. The day the obvious is told to us. We were already prepared for this. There might be some still holding to hope, but I feel like there's no hope to hold on to.

The minute the middle stage evolutions hit us, Ballio/Pinni will be no more. There might be some more discussion of him afterwards, but it'll soon disappear as he falls from relevancy.

I know the majority would rather wish he'd be no more and those who cared about him vanished along with him, but the truth is, there were some fans who indeed cared for him.

So, I guess this is a toast. A toast to a pokemon design I never knew I'd care so much about until it was shown to me. A toast to all the friends I discussed about Ballio/Pinnister with, a toast to the fan art that surfaced from him, a toast to all the good moments that we barely had, disregarding the obvious shitposting from both sides, heh.
