a.) Toxicroak is a frog mon, so he fits the ultimate theme I was going for
b.) I could have put swampert or quagsire, but there's already a water-ground type, and i'd rather try and stick closer to the frog theme and have a little more variety than to swear by the monotype rule
c.) if he has dry skin, he works on a rain dance team, so he's not even a complete misfit compared to the others.
d.) most importantly, it's only on the rematch team, which means it would only be post-elite 4 anyways. puting offtypes in the pre rematch teams is gross.
